Alleys in the suburban area of Wrocław
Summary.
The roadside-tree stands have always been an important and distinctive part of the landscape, both urban and rural. Unfortunately, the development of civilization in present times resulted in many cuttings of the roadside avenues, often caused by new investments, which involve and require widening of road-lanes and adapting the existing road-lanes to modern standards. The author has undertaken an attempt to prepare a synthetic characteristics of six Lower Silesian avenues. The characteristics of the avenue and the trees which composed it, and the compositional-spatial analysis, have been prepared for each object.
