Barzkowice – park and castle
Summary.
The castle and park in Barzkowice are undoubtedly a tourist attraction site on the Szczecin Lowland. The area occupies 14.35 ha in south-western part. Borders of the foundation are readable from the beginning of XX century and the composition of spatial park from XIX century. Numerous and valuable species of trees grow there. The palace had been both a place of living and various services for many years. The object has been undergoing a gradual degradation as a result of lack of revaluation work. To keep the cultural heritage and natural values of the buildings and area they have been introduced into the register of historical heritage and provided with conservatory protection.
