ENERGY VALUE OF RAW MATERIAL ON THE MAIZES, IN DEPENDENCE TO METHODS FERTILIZATION OF PHOSPHORUS
Summary. A field experiment was carried out over the years 2000-2003, at Agricultural Experimental Station at Swadzim near Poznań. Two fertilization methods were applied: broadcasting and in rows simultaneously with sowing of grains. The effectiveness of fertilization methods was estimated at increasing levels of fertilization, from 17.4 P•ha-1 to 56 P•ha-1, and with the applica-tion of superphosphate and ammonium phosphate. Use of ammonium phosphate enlarged net energy yield of ears in comparison to superphosphate. The starting fertilization enlarged net en-ergy yield of ears, net energy yield of grain, digestible protein yield of ears and grains in relation to broadcast fertilization. An influence of the method of fertilization and the kind of fertilizer on net energy yields of ears and of grain was proved. The starting fertilization of ammonium phos-phate enlarged net energy yield of ears in relation to broadcast fertilization.
Key words: maize, starter fertilization, broadcast fertilization, kind of fertilizer
