The palace and park complex in Gorzyń, Greater Poland Voivodeship, is characterised by a naturalist park estate established in the early 19th century and situated on the scarps on Gorzyńskie Lake. The aim of the study was to make a concept of revalorisation of a fragment of the historical palace and park estate with a scale of 1 : 500. The project development was preceded by field investigations and analyses of the estate. The conclusions were used to formulate the guidelines for conservation in order to secure the historical estate immediately. The suggested concept of revalorisation of the historical palace and park estate in Gorzyń divides the area into five zones with a diversified programme and functions. The first zone is the entrance. It encompasses the area of a planned car park, main gate and alley leading to the residence. The second zone is representative. It encompasses two reproduced driveways in front of the palace and manor with ornamental flowerbed forms. The third zone is recreational. It encompasses a part of the scarp eminence near the palace and manor (on the garden elevations side). The fourth zone is for walking and relaxation. It encompasses the scarp slope and a system of walkways, benches for relaxation and a reconstructed view pavilion. The fifth zone encompasses the beach and lakeshore with a reproduced small boat harbour.
